It is with a heavy heart that I share the difficult news that we have had to cancel our upcoming horse show. This decision was not made lightly, and it came after many hours of discussion, evaluation, and exhausting all possible options.
Being so close to the event date, we understand the frustration and disappointment this may cause. Our team worked tirelessly to bring this show to life, but due to unforeseen challenges and a lack of confirmed stall reservations and financial commitments, we simply could not move forward in a way that was responsible or fair to everyone involved.
We want to thank each and every person who stood by us with encouragement, who had intentions of attending, and who continues to believe in what we do. Your support means more than words can express.
While this was not the outcome we hoped for, we are committed to learning from this experience and building toward a stronger future for our association and our shows.
Communication, transparency, and collaboration will remain at the heart of everything we do.

Important Announcement from EOQHA
A very difficult decision has been made regarding our upcoming EOQHA show. Due to the lack of confirmed and paid stall reservations, we were unable to determine accurate participation numbers as well as exhibitor numbers for classes. This uncertainty significantly impacted our ability to responsibly move forward with planning.
After thoroughly reviewing all available options and carefully considering multiple factors—including financial feasibility, facility commitments, and the overall integrity of the event—we have come to the unfortunate conclusion that we must cancel and pause this year’s show.
Please know this decision was not made lightly. We understand the disappointment this may bring to our exhibitors, members, and supporters. We truly appreciate everyone who showed interest and support, and we remain committed to improving and growing from this experience as we plan ahead.
